Hey, I found a bug: when you drag a sugar cube into the pot and keep it dragging it to below the pot, the cursor stays locked and can't do anything anymore.
tbh this was so fun to play, but I can't make the sunny side up egg, even though that I managed to get all the weird dished! :) I absolutely LOVE the artwork <3 probably will play it again in the future (this took me about an hour haha). Idk why this isn't letting me post the cap so you have to trust me.
We decided to not add sugar as a real ingredient as it would make all recipes much harder, because there could always be the question if you should add sugar or not. This is why sugar doesn't really do anything and is more of a fun cute interaction.

Mac is very secure about their apps, if you open it by right clicking and then selecting open it will often work with unknown apps and programs and will then ask you if you trust the source. If you only double click it it will automatically deny it.
Right clicking usually works for most itch.io games I download, but I tried it for this one and it didn't work. Just to be sure, I just downloaded it again to try. This is the same window that popped up the other day:

Food monster is tricky and can be done through a number of different random ingredients, but one of the best ways is simply cheese and flour

I was originally going to play it on mac downloaded, but it wouldn't open for me :( An error message popped up saying it couldn't be opened.
So I played on browser instead, and it worked fine. Such a cute and fun game!! Looking forward to more recipes/games like this!
